Motivational Mondays- Resistance Bands


Good morning folks! Today I wanted to give you all a great workout that you can do at home. You can complete this with just resistance bands! How easy! :) you will feel the burn! This is great for those on the go....like me this week, who aren't able to hit the gym everyday. I'll be on a plane, in a hotel, & crossing different countries this week; I don't want to let my fitness drop, so it's important I have some type of equipment with me while I'm traveling so I have no excuses. Ever seen a lady with resistance bands in the airport working out? Well if you do, it's probably me! :) 

I'm always asked about at home workouts, or cost efficient workouts & in this blog I share lots of different workout routines that are great for everyone!

Perform 4 sets of 12 of each of these exercises. I like to perform every exercise through once, take a 3 minute rest/water break, and perform another 3 rounds. All of these are done using resistance bands :) which can be purchased for under $10 at your local sporting goods store. 

Squats

Leg curls

Lateral walk 

Lying back leg raise

Standing side leg raise

Laying clam shell 

Bent over row

Lateral pull down 

Lateral raise

Bent over fly

Bicep curl


Seated tricep pull back

Lunges (band on back leg)

Tricep extension (one hand on
back by hip, one behind head)
