Good morning!!! Happy Monday to you all & happy August!!! August is back to school month & summer will soon be coming to an end. I know this is the transition time for my teacher & education friends, as well as those kids going back to school & parents getting back in that routine.
Sometimes the fall season can be a tough time for fitness. Your time is a little more limited, you may be gearing up for all the holidays, you might have lost some motivation & you are no longer in a swimsuit--you are in sweaters & long shirts. If you are lacking motivation, your fitness might suffer these next few months.
I wanted to share with you guys one of my favorite at home cardio routines that really gets me sweating & my heart rate up. It's about 20 minutes & if you can repeat it 3x that would be amazing! You can even try splitting it up to one round in the morning & one (or 2) at night.
Stretch (5 minutes)
30 seconds--Jumping lunges
1 minute--Burpees
30 seconds--Jumping jacks
1 minute--Squats
30 seconds each--Arm circles (forward & backward)
1 minute--Sit ups
30 seconds--Planks
1 minute--Push ups
30 seconds--Mountain climbers
1 minute--Wall sits
30 seconds--Alternating upper cut
1 minute--Russian twists
30 seconds--Butt kicks
1 minute--Tricep dips

Hope you all have a great week & enjoy the workout!!
