Monday Mayhem---getting settled for the summer!

Good morning readers & happy Monday!!

Here we are! We have made it through another season overseas! This time leaving with 2 people & returning with 3! We had a wonderful season in Germany & are so blessed that Logan was able to have a wonderful entrance into the world there & a wonderful first few months.

The fans & management were so good to us & some of Zo's teammates will be friends for life. We are grateful & blessed.
Thank you Bremerhaven.

The question always is "where will you all go next season". The answer: we don't know. Just like the NBA, overseas ball is based on a contract, negotiated by Zo's agent, & accepted by us. So, it's a business, & business decisions take time, thought, & comparison. So for now, we enjoy our summer & wait on the phone calls.

What's in store this summer? For now, we have Logan in a "little gym" gymnastics class which is the cutest thing to watch! & in swimming lessons.
As far as traveling, we won't be taking all our usual beach trips but will enjoy a short trip to Austin, Killeen, & Dallas this month. We will head to Idaho in June for a family vacation & we are looking forward to a "mommy & daddy" trip to Lake Charles in July.

I will be continuing my personal training business throughout the summer with 1 on 1 training as well as boot camps. Zo will be working out, training for next season, & heading up to Rice University to help with their summer camps.

One of our favorite things as a couple has been working out together & we decided to go with the YMCA, mainly because of their childcare programs for Logan. We are anxious to get back in the gym this week together!

I came home early (without Zo) to be apart of one of my dear friends, Ashley's wedding. It was an event to be remembered & the whole thing was beautiful! So happy to have been able to make it home & share in all the love!!

Since being back, we have been able to see some of our favorite people--I didn't get pictures of everyone :(  & be apart of birthday parties, graduation parties, & family events.

This weekend we will celebrate little Logan's 1/2 birthday! Those who know me...are very aware this will be an epic event! I'm going all out for our little prince & I can't wait to share next week! We just are inviting family to this because it's important they all finally meet him & get to spend some special time. All of our parents will be there---that's 5 people, we are a blended family! 3 of Logan's great grandparents, his aunts & uncle, 3 of his great aunts & 2 uncles, lots of 2nd cousins & 3rd cousins, our adopted family, & of course Logan's cool parents :) 40 people & lots of laughs!!!

I hope you all have a great week & enjoy this first week of May! We sure will as a re-United family of 3!!! :)
