It's here!!! The Belly Journey eBook

Hey everyone! & happy Monday! This weeks blog post is a combination of Motivational Mondays & Mommy Mondays because it is the launch of my fitness eBook "The Belly Journey".

This eBook is different from all my other eBooks because it is specifically targeted to women & mamas at all different journeys of their lives. The focus is on pre, during, & post natal fitness & nutrition.

The book journeys through all 3 trimesters of my pregnancy as well as the journey after delivery. Post baby fitness & nutrition. I also include some of my favorite recipes, tips & tricks for dieting & nutrition. Do's & Don'ts of fitness & nutrition while pregnant.

This is a great read for all ladies if you are trying to conceive, just had a baby, had a baby a while ago & just want to get back on track, or if you are currently pregnant. If you aren't pregnant you can follow the same routines in fitness adjusting the weights, sets, & repetitions.

All the workouts can be done with minimal equipment but the gym is an option.

I spent my whole pregnancy journaling & adjusting my fitness & nutrition & this is my entire journey laid out in an easy to follow plan.
